Print your PayPal receipt to redeem your tickets on the day of the tour in the United Church of Christ parking lot OR at any of the homes on the tour. Tickets may also be redeemed at Southern Trends, 334 Canal St.
Afternoon patrons can sit and enjoy a NSB history talk at Victoria 1883, 532 N. Riverside Drive. Greg Holbrook of the NSB History Museum will conduct these talks at 1:30 pm and again at 3 pm. Wine will be available for purchase and patrons can take home a commemorative wine glass celebrating our fifth tour.

The tour is a fundraiser supporting the mission of the New Smyrna Beach Residents’ Coalition, Inc. showcasing five unique homes through the years that celebrate New Smyrna Beach’s special CHARM! 216 Murray Street (Perrine Home)
Discover how a 1938 2 bed / 2 bath bungalow accommodates 21st century Florida living. Recent open-plan public area rises from the beautifully restored heart-pine floors to the newly opened cathedral ceilings. Fully renewed baths and kitchen provide contemporary luxury. 630 Ball Street (D’Aiuto Home)
Another structure tied to our city’s agricultural heritage, this winsome 1922 cottage likely began as a citrus stand. Shifting levels of heart pine floors evidence its humble start, but it holds further architectural mystery: oddly maritime ceiling details, varyingly narrow doorways and a hidden window. Its sturdy bones resist hammered nails, but its spaces have adapted well to contemporary design. Owner designed landscaping provides additional outdoor “rooms”.
536 Faulkner Street (Wiseman Home)
Doubled in size in NSB artist Teresa Thompson in 2012, this 1925 Craftsman-bungalow retains its original charm through the abundant presence of Thompson’s own Hot Metal Mama art, along with interior detailing by artist friends Bud Gilbert and Teresa Bowen. Gorgeous heart pine floors, teak shutters transformed into interior doors, and custom-made steel Bahama shutters only begin the treats to be found here.
604 N. Riverside Drive (The Andersen Home) – Enter on Faulkner north of Ronnoc
Hard to believe, but this gorgeous two story dwelling began as the packing house for a 19th Century agricultural enterprise. Developed into an increasingly well appointed home over the past century by several illustrious New Smyrnans, the most recent updates match their stature. 604 offers an array of impressive living spaces–upstairs and down–that match its attractive riverfront views and spacious grounds.

Our 2023 tour’s most deeply historic offering, Victoria 1883 has family ties to the 1867-1926 hotel called Ocean House.
Victoria’s reimagined interior arrives in time to dazzle us during the building’s
140th anniversary year. Visitors will delight in the complexity of strong contrasts of color, eras and between the natural and the manmade. You’ll be enchanted when viewing her main floor, abundantly planted grounds and carriage house Speak Easy.
