The 2025 NSB Residents’ Coalition Charming Home Tour was another sold out success with approximately 400 attendees and over 90 volunteers. One of the goals of the Coalition is historic preservation and each year’s tour highlights home and business owners’ restoration efforts in a different NSB neighborhood. This year’s tour featured homes in the Magnolia district along with the National Register of Historic Places Woman’s Club. Four of the five homes were craftsman style with the 5th being a mid-century modern. The Woman’s Club tour featured a video loop on the restoration of the Woman’s Club along with a Powerpoint presentation by New Smyrna Museum of History volunteers on the 17th and 18th century history of the property and NSB. Following the tour, over 70 people gathered for a presentation on the history of the Riverpark Terrace Restaurant property. The Home Tour is the only Residents’ Coalition annual fundraiser.
